Bob is a Senior Attorney for the Litigation Department in the corporate office located in Overland Park, KS. Bob is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, the Federal District Court for the District of Kansas, and in all of the courts of the State of Kansas. He is a noted speaker at various industry conferences. Bob was with the firm of Anderson, Granger, Nagels and Lastelic until 1985 when he started his own firm. His firm joined South and Associates, P.C. in August of 2005.
