Brian W. McEachen

Brian is an Associate Attorney for the Commercial & Special Assets and Eviction Departments, both located in the corporate office in Overland Park, KS. Brian represents the interests of lenders as they relate to commercial and multifamily foreclosure and evictions, commercial loan defaults and workouts, the enforcement of security interests in and recovery of automobiles and special assets, UCC Article 9 transactions, fraud and lender liability issues, and, general collection matters. Brian has represented numerous creditors as both plaintiff and defendant throughout the litigation process, up to and including trial. He is currently admitted to practice law in Missouri and Kansas.
