Dan has successfully litigated cases involving a variety of matters including Foreclosures, Evictions, Title Curative, Mechanics Liens, and Creditor Defense cases. Dan has negotiated numerous favorable settlements both in and outside of mediation and represented clients as both plaintiff and defendant throughout the litigation process.
