Jennifer M. West

Jenny is a Senior Attorney for the Litigation Department in the Firm's St. Louis, MO office. She is currently admitted to practice in the Western District of Missouri, The Eastern District of Missouri, The Federal District of Kansas, the Central District of Illinois, and the Southern District of Illinois. Jenny's practice focuses on representing financial institutions and Creditors' Rights Litigation. Jenny has successfully litigated a variety of matters including, contested foreclosure actions, lien priority disputes, preliminary injunctions, bankruptcy, and title related litigation. She has authored appeals in both State and Federal Court and has handled cases from inception through disposition. She has extensive motion practice and general litigation experience. Jenny has served on the ALFN State Legislative Issues Sub-Committee, ALFN Litigation and Compliance Services Committee, and Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis Motion for Kids Committee in 2009.
