Mike is a Shareholder and Managing Attorney for the Commercial & Special Assets Department in the corporate office located in Overland Park, KS. Mike is admitted to the Federal courts in Missouri and Kansas and to all other courts in the state of Missouri. He is also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, where he argued a bankruptcy case on behalf of a national lending institution in 1997. He is a noted speaker at various industry conferences. Mike was deemed Corporate Counsel Super Lawyer in 2009-2010 and was Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyer from 2005-2009.
