Nancy Merrill Wilson is a litigation attorney practicing in the areas of mortgage banking, real estate and bankruptcy. She has prior experience in general litigation in state and federal courts, and is admitted to practice before all state courts in Kansas and Missouri. She is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri and to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Wilson completed her undergraduate degree at Centre College of Kentucky in Danville, Kentucky, and holds a Masters Degree in Learning Disabilities and Behavioral Disorders from the University of Cincinnati. She attended the University of Kansas School of Law, where she was a member of the Kansas Law Review and graduated in the top 10% of her class, receiving the Order of the Coif. She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and the Johnson County Bar Association. She participates actively in the Johnson County Ethics and Grievance Committee, for which she investigates ethics complaints against fellow lawyers and reports findings to the Disciplinary Administrator for the State of Kansas.
