Nancy is a Shareholder and Managing Attorney for the Litigation Department in the corporate office located in Overland Park, KS. She is currently admitted to practice law in Kansas and Missouri and is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri and to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Nancy is a noted speaker at various industry conferences. She served on the ALFN Amicus Committee as well as the ALFN Federal Consumer Lending Statues Sub-Committee in 2009.
