Wendee N. Elliott- Clement practices in the Bankruptcy and Collection Departments of South & Associates. Wendee received her Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University, in Nashville, Tennessee in 1997, and graduated from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law in 2000. She is licensed to practice law in both Kansas and Missouri, state and federal courts. Wendee is currently active in the Missouri Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and Association of Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City.
Before joining South & Associates in May of 2008, Wendee’s practice focused mainly on civil litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in Kansas and Missouri. Wendee’s practice included banking and insurance defense litigation as well as plaintiff’s employment law. Before her work as a litigator Wendee also served as the law clerk to the Honorable David W. Shinn and the Honorable Sandra C. Midkiff in Division One of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri located in Kansas City.
