
Brady joined the Firm in February 2016 and is a Senior Attorney for the Commercial and Special Assets Department in the corporate office located in Overland Park, Kansas. He is currently admitted to practice law in Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, as well as the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation Tribal Court. He obtained his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Washburn University in 2002. He obtained his law degree from Washburn University in 2007.
Brady primarily represents the interests of lenders as they relate to commercial and multifamily foreclosure and evictions, commercial loan defaults and workouts, the enforcement of security interests in and recovery of automobiles and special assets, UCC Article 9 transactions, fraud and lender liability issues, and general collection matters.
