
Mark joined the Firm in September 2005 and is a Senior Attorney in the Kansas Foreclosure Department. He is currently admitted to practice law in Kansas and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. He obtained his B.A. in Sociology from Wichita State University in 1976. He obtained his law degree from Washburn University, School of Law in 1979.
Mark has concentrated his practice of creditor rights law since graduating law school in 1979, representing creditors before Kansas Supreme Court, Kansas Court of Appeals, Kansas District Court, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas including, foreclosure of real estate secured loans, auto loans, commercial leases and credit card collections.
