Shari joined the firm in November 2019 and is a Senior Attorney for both the Litigation and Kansas Foreclosure Departments in the corporate office, located in Overland Park, KS. She obtained her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kansas and went on to obtain her law degree from there as well. She is currently admitted to practice law in Kansas, Missouri, and Arizona.
Shari's focus area of practice is representing creditors’ rights in litigation involving chain of title defects, lien priority disputes, boundary disputes and contested foreclosures.
