Averey joined the Firm in December 2025 and is an Associate Attorney for the Iowa Foreclosure Department located in the West Des Moines, Iowa office. She obtained her B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Simpson College in 2020. She obtained her law degree from Drake University Law School in 2023 and is currently admitted to practice law in the state of Iowa.
Averey currently focuses her practice on representing financial institutions and creditors' rights in real estate finance, mortgage foreclosure.
