Timothy joined the Firm in February 2026 and is a Senior Attorney for the Commercial and Special Assets Department in the corporate office located in Overland Park, Kansas. He is currently admitted to practice law in Missouri and Kansas. He obtained his B.A. in Computer Based Information from Park University in 1993. He obtained his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1997.
Timothy primarily represents the interests of lenders as they relate to credit card and automobile loan defaults and workouts, lender liability issues, recovery of automobiles and general collection matters.
